Development Meeting

One of the difficulties of writing is working alone.  A development meeting can help you get some new ideas to get you started working on your script again.  Having someone to bounce ideas off of or brainstorm with can break writer’s block and bring new excitement to writing your screenplay.  Similar to coaching, a development meeting is mostly for scripts that are further along and need a boost in one a major problem area.  It can be used as a time to discuss possible solutions to a problem, as a time of brainstorming or if the project is still in the early stages of writing, it can be used for advice on which direction to take with the story.  A meeting can be in person in New York City or over the phone elsewhere.
